Terms & Conditions

The following terms, as used throughout this agreement, have the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations under this agreement.

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia, or from a jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or legal entity.
• You do not hold an existing rp99si Account, either active or previously suspended. Opening more than one Account per person is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of rp99si, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your Account closed by rp99si for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair your judgment at the time of registration or any wagering activity.

To access the Platform's betting and gaming services, you must complete a registration process and create a verified Account. By submitting a registration application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. rp99si employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed, and any balances or bonuses held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3. Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for selecting a strong password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): rp99si may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing your first withdrawal, following any change to your registered details, or where our fraud screening systems flag unusual activity. Required KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport) and proof of residential address dated within three months.
5. Account Suspension: rp99si reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including pending investigation of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) and are processed through the approved payment channels listed below. rp99si does not charge processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of rp99si.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods: The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform:

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.2 Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change without notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• rp99si reserves the right to request proof of owners hip of any payment method used for deposits prior to processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified Account will be returned to the originating payment account, minus any bank handling fees incurred.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the rp99si Account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page. These limits are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between one and twenty-four hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, periods of high transaction volume, or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests associated with active bonus wagering requirements will be placed on hold until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• rp99si reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Members will be notified if such checks are initiated.

rp99si offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to Members who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before the bonus funds (and any winnings derived from bonus funds) become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, or 30x). The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus balances that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• rp99si reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirement fulfillment, and at what contribution percentage. Not all games contribute equally. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash prior to satisfying all applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse: rp99si actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets using bonus funds to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy requirements without genuine engagement, and any other behavior our team determines constitutes exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, rp99si reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the Account, and withhold any funds pending investigation.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., for sportsbook markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, live casino tables, or crash games) are published in the respective product sections of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by rp99si. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification from the Platform. rp99si reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted without notice based on account activity, market conditions, or risk management requirements.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, rp99si reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Real Money Balances. Winnings generated as a result of manifest errors will not be honored.
• Responsible Betting on Indonesian Sports: Members placing wagers on BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia matches, or other Indonesian sporting events, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, are subject to the same general betting rules applicable to all other markets on the Platform.
• Game Integrity: All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. rp99si does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• Disconnections: rp99si is not responsible for incomplete bets or game sessions resulting from loss of internet connectivity on the Member's side. Members are advised to ensure a stable connection before placing bets on live markets or participating in live dealer sessions.

rp99si is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its Platform. • Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when a pre-set period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account is suspended and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders of time spent and amounts wagered are available to Members who enable this feature in their Account settings.
• Minor Protection: rp99si enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Members must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access their Account or use the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any communication with rp99si.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without prior written authorization from rp99si.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers or wagering requirement structures in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse, as defined in Clause 5.2.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other obfuscation technology.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses rp99si staff, support agents, or other Members of the Platform community.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the rp99si brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of rp99si or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from rp99si.
• Use the rp99si brand name, logo, or any other Platform trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation with rp99si.
• Frame, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated tools or manual processes for commercial purposes.

Third-party game content (including titles developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and other studio partners) remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders and is used by rp99si under valid licensing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp99si, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if rp99si has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of funds arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures caused by events beyond rp99si's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, government-ordered blocks, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by Members in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform that were subject to a manifest error, as described in Clause 6.
• Any financial or personal consequences arising from a Member's failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling in their jurisdiction.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rp99si makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. rp99si's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rp99si reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered Members by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically — at minimum once every three months — to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp99si is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

12.1 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute informally within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Formal Complaints: If informal resolution is not achieved, you may submit a formal written complaint to rp99si at the email address provided in Clause 13. We will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of receipt.

12.3 Final Decision: rp99si's decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, or account management shall be final and binding, unless a material error of fact or process can be demonstrated by the Member.
